You cannot fight the whole world..but you can always protect yourself and your loved ones by taking simple steps. You don’t have to live in fear. All you have to do is learn and read and watch self defense techniques and learn some of the techniques yourself ( you don’t have to be a black belt) and become confident to handle any situation intelligently. The best part is these days everything is availabe on the interest, you can do interactive learning, buy self defense products of your choice and keep youself and loved ones safe and even protect you home by being smarter and living smarter. Remember, always know your surroundings – don’t walk the streets blindly – take a nice look round you (you don’t have to be obvious), just be casual and relaxed.
